Return Policy

RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED
Due to the personal nature of our products, we can NOT accept returns, since we have no way of verifying that the product(s) are still new and unused.

Exchange For Wrong Item(s) Within 10 Days of Receipt
If you received the wrong item, please complete our online Product Returns Form within 10 days of receipt, select "Received Wrong Item" as Reason for Return and describe the incorrect item(s) you received. As long as the item is still in its original packaging and unopened, EnchantedPleasures.com will provide you with information on how to ship it back to either us or our distributor. Once the incorrect item(s) are received, we will ship you the you the correct item you ordered.

Exchange For Manufacturer Defects Within 10 Days of Receipt
If you believe your product is defective, please complete our online Product Returns Form within 10 days of receipt, select "Defective" as Reason for Return and describe the defect as best as possible. EnchantedPleasures.com will provide you with information on how to ship it back to either our distributor or the manufacturer depending on the product you purchased. If the product is deemed defective, a replacement will be shipped to you free of charge. Please note, defective items must be returned in their original packaging.

If the item is determined to be without a manufacturing defect,  a replacement will NOT be granted. You will be given the choice of having us dispose of the product or have it shipped back to you. If you opt for us to ship the product back to you, we will bill you for the additional shipping costs to reship it.
